DO NOT USE MWEB AS A FIBRE PROVIDER!!!!!

"Tholi" from mweb provided me with nothing but attitude. She refused to help me get my fibre line activated despite me explaining that I have been without internet since the 31st and then tried to blame Vumatel for the delay. I asked for her managers name and she simply said "Carmen", I asked for Carmens details and she refused. It must be nice for Tholi to be working from home with FIBRE while the customers suffer with NO FIBRE AND WORK TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mweb is the most pathetic service provider I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I honestly WISH I never left Vox - Mweb has a lot to learn about service and they should take some lessons from Vox.
