If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The price of our package went up and carried on charging us without my consent or letting us know that it went up. They could have given me a call to let me know. I moved on the 1st of Feb, I have not had wifi for 12 days because every time I get on the phone with someone (after waiting 2 hours) they all tell me different things!!!! It is absolutely horrible, they are so useless!!! DO NOT USE MWEB
