Do not use Mweb

I have mot had internet connection for 2 months at first was told to replace my router which I did. Since replacing the router and setting up according to instructions still no internet connection, yet I still have no connection. My numerous attempts to call their tech help have failed with me being on hold between 15 to 20 minutes on mynown airtime.
