Totally Pathetic, I placed an order for fiber on 2 July, wow, on a Saturday!, within one hour I had received two phone calls and the the installation was scheduled for 0800 on Monday 4 July. I was really impressed.

BUT, then the disappointment started mounting up....... Monday 4 July, NO SHOW. Telephone call to the subcontractor, reschedule for 5 July. again, NO SHOW. Who do they think I am that I can hang around all day for nothing? Then I am told that I must understand that they have only one vehicle for 3 teams. Why do they make appointments that they know they cannot keep. I cancelled the order. 6 July I am contacted by Miemki (Not sure of correct spelling) after a while I agreed to replace the order, the installers will arrive at 0800 0n 11 July. They did turn up, at 0820, and did the initial installation of the fiber cable and the first router. The installer said that within 2 days I would receive the second plug and play box. To date,....... NOTHING. I have tried phoning , you wait and wait, go around in circles, no one can, or will help. Ask to be put through to Miemki, round the houses again. Go onto the website, log a query, one cannot submit it as the drop box does not drop and will not submit until you have completed it.

Basically, you can't contact them, except through the rep of Evotel, who was very helpful in the beginning, but he has lost interest and is not answering his phone or Whatsapp messages.

I will have nothing further to do with this lot. Only problem is to get through to them to cancel again.......
