Do not use Mweb
My new years is ruined by the fact that ONCE AGAIN I have an issue with mweb. My line was randomly switched off at 11:30 on New Year’s Eve. My invoices and jumbled and do not match the amount I was meant to be charged. Everything is just massively u professional and tedious. I WISH I NEVER MOVED OVER TO MWEB BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING and now once again I will have to run after your slow support team to sort out my issue or like last time solve my own issue by going direct to vumatel because Mweb are too lazy to respond within a reasonable TAT. Since being with Mweb I have had nothing but issues.

Are you not aware of the kind of treatment social media complaints deserve? Do you know that in the banking industry the TAT for hello Peter complaints is 4 hours? Sickening to think you are still in business.
