DO NOT USE MWEB
Sooooo after exactly 1 year now ... my account is still not sorted out ...<br> I have had issues with mweb from the day I signed my contract 1 year ago ... and they refuse to cancel my contract ...<br> My account went from R400 pm to R4,000 pm and they can not assist properly to get this sorted out.<br> I've send 100s of emails and all they can tell met is ... \ we can not see what websites you accessed"<br> I know that by now ...<br> On their itemised billing in states 00:00 usage and the charge ... anything from R300 ...<br> How do you explain this ...<br> Every single time"
