do not upgrade on mweb

i am so tired of escalating my line to Mweb... everytime i complain i get told the same thing "have you tried the troubleshooting steps"then they close my ticket].

i am so tired of this for 3 aqnd a half years u never had a problem then i upgraded my speed and all of a sudden i am having intermittent connectivity daily.

when i reach out to support there is no follow ups or care given to me the customer

i want this connection fixed or i will be moving to a different provider.
