DO NOT TRUST MWEB

Mweb what a JOKE you are, Evotel upgraded the line speed from 50 to 75 , charge you R8 and a few cents for the upgrade, YOU give it to your clients for R50, thats *****ing BIG TIME, and YES I did my HOMEWORK, now that did not happen either and you will credit my account, NOW TODAY my line speed is 8,07 on a ****n 50mg line. I called mweb spoke to a MANAGER and logged a complaint, 3 weeks ago, HE assured me MWEB will get back to me, as of date NO RESPONSE Maybe there is someone from the Consumer and Competitions board read this please assist, R899 for a 75Meg line, when I called MWEB to enquire about the increase they said....... WE MUST ALSO MAKE MONEY. What the hell YOU ARE *****ING
