Such a ****. A bunch of ****s and steeling money from me.

I cancelled my contract end of June as I was moving. They only rep**** in middle of July and said everything was in order.

As per my contract, if I cancelled within 6 months there was a cancellation fee. I cancelled after 10 months. They are still deducting money from me every month.

When I phoned an arrogant sales person would not let me finish my sentence and kept interrupting me.

So they still do not want to cancel my contract, and are still deducting money from my account every month.

The cancellation fee is somewhere in the area of R 800.00, they have deducted R 1,300.00 already. How does this make sense?
