do not signup with Mweb

do not make the mistake of joining mweb, they're expensive as if they offer premium service but joe- my monthly fee is R699, they tried to take double- R1398 with no prior arrangement or explanation. they say their tech team work until 20:00- but when you call their number after you get a voicemail which will promptly drop the call. they literally just hung up on me now, at 15:31 on their customer care number. I also have an open chat for the last 30 minutes where there is no response. please, no matter the special- do not signup with them. i am trying to find a way back to afrihost as we speak.
