Do not sign up with Mweb

I beg I beg please never signed with Mweb they a ******. You will never get any assistance with your fibre. You will hold n hold no one answers and if they do answer they hung up on you. I have been struggling to cancel them. They will tell you that pay so much first and I paid still no cancelation. My fibre was supposed to be canceled on the 1st of August 2025. They kept on providing the fibre I had to contact the new service provider to approach them and make them cancel. I had enough of mweb. Now I am happy that mweb is out of my life. When you don't have fibre you can't get hold of them to connect you. When you cancel they connect you by force so that you must no leave. Thank s God I'm done with this unless mweb. They still owe me the month of April were they deducted and I did not have fibre they don't want to reimburse my money. STAY AWAY from MWEB.
