Do not sign up with Mweb

I signed up with Mweb for a fiber connection as part of a special offer provided by my employer. The service experience was exceptionally poor from the onset especially because Mweb has call centers which are a maze to navigate and whenever you eventually reach someone that will supposedly help, nothing happens after the call ends and you have to start all over again. After becoming desperate I lodged a compliant on the website via email and was eventually contacted by Narusha who seemed to care about my various challenges however after a number of conversations and a promise that Openserve would contact me to move my connection at no cost to me nothing happened for the past ten days despite my numerous attempts (call and emails) to make contact with Narusha again. This is the first time ever that I escalated complaints to this level as my experience with Mweb is the worst I have ever had. I definitely discourage anyone from taking up a contract with Mweb as once you do so they charge a massive amount to cancel meaning you are stuck no matter what service you receive and the fact that they know this means that any complaints are simply ignored.
