Do not sign up with MWEB

Signing up with MWEB is the worst thing you can ever do, you struggle even when you want to cancel with them. I called in March to cancel and I had to call them 5 times to cancel. My connection was supposed to be cancelled 30 April but to this day (4 May) I’m calling them asking for them to release my line so my new service provider can connect me. I absolutely detest this company.
