DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MWEB LTE SERVICES

Worst experience with this service provider. I have been using their LTE Rain services. My LTE Connection has not been working for an entire month (since the beginning of July). I have to continuously has to call and query about the same issue for an entire month. I have received countless of different EXCUSES from - "the router is the issue" to "the sim card is the issue" to "we no longer service RAIN LTE" to "We still service some RAIN but we delivered the wrong SIM card". And now the latest EXCUSE is "You brought the wrong router". After I had specifically asked in the beginning of the month which router to purchase and they told me any Router". Furthermore. I have been charged for SERVICES NOT rendered for the month of July AND still have not received any services / feedback. Not to mention they want to to charge me for the month of August AGAIN WITH NO SERVICES RENDERED. I have now resort to filing a complaint with the Obudsman this week; as I REFUSE to be taken advantage of as a customer. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING MWEB SERVICES FOR ANY LTE. Go to another service provider if you want to stay connected and not be financially ****med.
