Do not sign Fibre Contracts with MWEB.

In 2019 I signed a 12 month contract with MWEB. According to the Fibre agreement I have , he contract was supposed to end on 21 January 2020 and then change to "month to month". When January came, I decided to terminate my contract and this is when all my troubles started. First I was told that I cannot cancel because I'm still in contract. This when on for a few days. Then I was told that I can cancel but I need to pay penalties because my contract only ens in 2021. According to MWEB I signed up for another 12 months even tho I have been trying to cancel my contract for more than two weeks already. I decided to pay the "penalty" even tho I did not sign up for any new contracts just to get rid of MWEB.

Please learn from my experience and do not sign any contracts with MWEB.
