Do not recommend MWEB, even to my worst enemy

Honestly the most sub par service I've ever received from a company, they vuma completed the Fibre installation on the 24th of December 2022, but today is the 1st of January 2023 and still no internet access, zero sense of urgency or willingness to even get the issue resolved, because vuma's Fibre & MWEB as an ISP is as good as a door stop. The fault was logged ages ago, it's going on 9 days of no internet access since they installed it, and it's no resolved.

I would not recommend MWEB & Vuma to my worst enemy they logged this fault MWB***8, but no one actually follows up or makes sure things get resolved, it's now a new year and the fibre was installed in December 2022 it's now January 2023 and still no resolution in sight
