Do not recommend

The worst service EVER. Changing debit order dates without consent, no one answers the phone nor Messages via the tickets or Messenger. How do you change debit order date from the 1st of the month to the 12th, how does that even make sense? EVENTUALLY trying to deduct on 2nd - WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT MWEB - but payment according to them failed, LIKE???? I end up updating payment, nothing, switching the card, nothing, switching back to original card, nothing. Call them, nothing, file a query, nothing, try to chat to someone via the website, nothing. Absolutely NOTHING. Please avoid Mweb at all cost, if it's not the billing then it's the connection, imagine paying so much for such pathetic service, it's actually INSANE. I have to work today & I work from home but you know what, Mweb does not care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
