Do not join Mweb, its a never ending nightmare with endless problems

after waiting for more than 2 months, I am struggling to get my money refunded and all I keep hearing is that there are issues with the refunds system as they changed systems. I paid for a service which was never delivered and now im not getting my refund as requested. I would not recommend anyone job Mweb, I spent over R600 on airitime trying to get through to someone for assistance and after calling every single day for more than a month I finally gave up. Just give my money back so that I can move on with my life. Wish I had read the reviews before joining because wow, the level of customer service is appalling
