Do not go near this company

If I could tender a negative rating I would. There is no customer support. Their app takes you through endless loops. Their agents and never on line. And if you try to call, you'll listen to a bot till you hang up. I will cancel my accounts with them, and dissuade anyone from using them. They oversell their infrastructure, more users than bandwidth. TERRIBLE!!!
