Do NOT GET MWEB! YOU WILL SPEND MORE MONEY ON AIRTIME AND DATA THAN ACTUALLY BEING ALLOWED TO USE THE SERVICE!!!!

Really disappointed in the service received from Mweb of late. Their staff used to be on top of things, I’d receive an sms if there were problems with my line. I spent a whole 20 minutes on hold as caller number 1!

Consultant Lauren then answered the phone only to tell me I need to contact Telkom. Where I was previously told my mweb consultants that they are the ones who contact Telkom on my behalf.
