Do Not, Do Not Get Mweb LTA-A Service

I have to say I do not moan about bad service lately. But Mweb with their LTA-A offering makes it impossible not to!. Let me give you the scenario: I apply for the product online. No feedback as to whether it was received ok, so just to be sure I apply again. Again no email, nothing. After a day or so I phone them to hear about progress, and while talking realized there are more than one application on my name. The lady, very frinedly, told me she will cancell the additional one; When their vendor Difital Planet phones they ask me whether I ordered two, and I gave the person the background. No problem they say we will cancell one, And so they deliver it, with a notice that I have to wait 24 hours for activation. Close to the 24 hours nothing happened the service is not activated. I phone them and they explain that I have to keep the device on for 24 hours to activate (which I have done anyway) The next day I look at my account to see the query according to them has been resolved – well it is not, I don’t have a connection! So the 24 hours come and gone I send an irate message and open the ticket again. The answer, what happens when you try to connect; Out of frustration I go onto Facebook to experdite. The message came back – because you escalated it our sales team will contact you. And again the quesry now show as resolved. 48 hours have come and gone!! I still wait for my connection??? How is this service???

Just an update - they have now charged me for two sim cards and an additional R 103 I cannot explain. Remember they delivered only one sim and seemingly the wrong one. On top of that it is now 60 hours and ticking. No LTE-A...
