Do not choose Mweb! Terrible after service!

I do not have any internet connection since the last 5 days. I've contacted Mweb several times who claim that the error is not on their side & that they will report the error to Open Serve. I received no correspondence & had to chase up Open Serve myself & still no response or feedback from my (non) service provider or Open Serve. I would honestly not recommend Mweb to anyone. I used Vodacom Fibre previously & I was never down for more than 12 hours. Further more I was not given substandard devices that are not user-friendly & very limited in functionality.
