DO BOT USE MWEB AS INTERNET PROVIDER

I pay MWEB R900 per month for uncapped 60Mbps, my download and upload speed are both 2.0 Mbps. They will take yoir money and you wil NOT get what you pay for. No one amswers the phones, I have been waiting on phone lines for 40min + waiting for someone to help, the live chat feature on the app is a joke, I have not had a single reply to any of my chats. Stay away from MWeb. This is not a company with good customer service or service of any kind.
