DO ANY LIVE PEOPLE WORK AT MWEB?

I put in a move request on 9 May to move 24 May. Followed all instructions on what to do from my end. Since then no live person has ever contacted me. i have now been in my new place for 6 days and still not sorted. Their chatbot is dysfunctional and you hold on the line for a LIVE person for over an hour and a half eventually giving up. This is the worst service i have received in a very long time from any service provider. If they don't want my business they should say so.
