Disturbing Service and Incorrect Billing from MWEB

I moved from my old ISP and signed up with MWEB from 1 April 2023. I called during the beginning of March 2023 to order the new fibre package. The agreement was that I would qualify for 25% discount for 6 months and pay R509.25 for six months and after that the payment would return to normal R679 pm. The call was recorded confirming this. Up to now I am being billed R576.75 per month and have logged many requests for assistance but I am just being ignored. Disturbing service from MWEB. I am now heavily regretting moving from my old ISP and will have to move back. Acc No. ***7. Please stay away from signing up with MWEB.
