Disservice at it's best from Mweb

I placed an order for an LTE service on the 19th of October ( order number X***) and canceled it a few hours later and requested someone contact me about a fiber connection. Nobody contacted me and Mweb went ahead and invoiced me for the LTE service taking an amount of R300.45 off my bank account. I've made several phone calls to Mweb since then and each time I get told a different story. The first time it was that I would get my refund in 24hrs, and the following time I would get it in 48hrs. It's now the 31st of October and I'm still waiting for my refund.
