Dissatisfied with product and service!

I have experienced very bad service with mweb. I have signed up with them last year as their advertising promises good internet connection. I signed up for their fibre package. A month later, the internet connection is extremely bad. I cannot even do my work properly. The tech staff is of no help. I will not recommend them. Can someone please assist me on how I can cancel my package with them? It is super annoying!
