Dissatisfied about Fibre speed.

Good day. It saddens me that I have to write this review. I cannot express my disappointment enough in MWEB. About 3 months ago we joined MWEB because they had a very good special running. We left telkom because they were more expensive and we wanted Fibre in our home. So we ordered the Fibre line and open serve came to install it for us. The contract we took from MWEB was supposed to be un shaped and unthrottled. It's far from that. Our internet is so slow you sometimes can't even watch tik tok without it being interrupted. On our telkom lte router we got a speed of about 19 to 20 Mbs. With the Fibre, which I though was suppose to be faster, we barely get 2 to 3 Mbs. So my question is. Is this acceptable? And the monthly rate even increased this year. Which I was not aware of. I need answers please.
