Dissatisfactory Service

Thanks to Mweb my job is on the line and I have been waiting from Monday for a router which they only despatched today after midday. I had asked my issue to be prioritised and I was advised it was, only to find out it wasn’t. I will only be getting my router next Monday so instead of prioritising the matter they have delayed it further and this is after I have been on the phone almost daily, being hung up on, being given empty promises, being transferred to incorrect departments and Not getting any updates on the progress. I regret wanting to be an Mweb customer.
