Dissatisfaction with MWEB technical support helpline

Technical support- I am caller number 31 in the queue. After waiting 40 minutes- I reach caller number 1 only to be cut off! All I need Is for my account to be activated so I can work from home! At the moment I am unable to do anything except phone your “technical support” where I wait for 40 minutes and don’t even get a chance to speak to a human being!! Feeling very dissatisfied and I’ve only been a customer for 4 days! I’ve been waiting since Thursday evening for connection! It’s a simple activation, take my money and activate the thing please!?!
