Dissatisfaction with MWeb

I placed an order on the 2nd December and till today i am still waiting. Empty promises with regards to follow ups and the last sales person kept me on the line for 18min only to tell me the same thing as the last sales person.

Poor service really, disappointing

Hello Mweb. To this day I am still waiting ...... apparently the problem is on Vuma's end? But its Mweb selling the fibre..sort yourselves out please
