DISSAPOINTMENT OF AN ISP PROVIDER

I have been with Mweb since 2020, as of late had some issues with my Fibre connection. These people are absolutely USELESS when it comes to customer service. You can't get through on their phone lines to speak to anyone, you hold on the line for long periods of time only to be cut off when you eventually do reach someone. The only way to get hold of them is if Zoom connects you to them, then they tell you that the router is faulty & conveniently out of warranty & you need to pay for another one. You can't even cancel the product as it is futile attempting to get hold of them. Honestly if you are looking for customer service DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY
