Dismal service - rather use another service provider

I just upgraded from LTE ( which often has problems) to fiber. I phoned MWEB tech support . I just called and I'm number 17 in the queue . Well, not anymore- I hung up. There are ALWAYS long delays on the phone and more often that not a get cut off. This is beyond bad service.
