Dishonest MWEB and slow speed

I signed up with MWEB for 20mbs / 2mbs line for R659. They were the cheapest that's why I chose them. But guess what, my first invoice they charge me R699. But if you look at their site it still shows R659. They are very dishonest and if this continue I will cancel my month to month deal with them. I will also report this matter to the ombudsman. Also they can't even fix my line that is very slow from 7pm at night. I'm getting about 2mbs, but I have a 20mbs line Please fix this 2 concerns urgently
