Dishonest

I having been dealing with a guy called Kirwyn Martin sales consultant, he sold me a product that would cost 300 a month. My billing is now 518. He then told me lies and said it was n u from **** story.. I asked for the recording and to date I have not Recieved it. He was dishonest I called the billing department now and it says they unable to assist me. I am now looking at taking this further as Kirwyn was nunver 1 dishonest and told lies nunver 2 u can never get to them.. He has been ignoring me email and not even getting back 2 me after sending my bank statement reflecting the amount that went off
