Disgustingly horrible service!!!

after months and months of waiting to be activated (after installation was done), i get connected and was told as recourse for the appalling service i would get a month free only to get a bill that says otherwise... upon calling their customer center you get put on hold then they hang up the line, you log a ticket online and they just close it. absolutely zero customer service.

and no one gets back to you

its been years since ive felt moved to even write a review on hellopeter yet this is by worst they worst experience from any company I've ever dealt with.
