Disgusting treatment of client

I signed up with mweb about a month ago the funds were available in my account for them to debit they had then debited my account but not the amount for the wifi witch I didn't notice till I spoke to an mweb consultant I then had asked her why they had charged me 1886 for the month she then said that I haven't paid for 2 months keep in mind my service is R459 and then I had told her the funds were available for the debit I have done my part in ensuring that they have the full funds to debit this consultant so rudely says that it isnt their responsibility to make sure my bill are paid but the money was there and why only tell me in the second month that you couldn't debit me the first time this is a terrible company I would not suggest it now they disconnected me and are charging me 2700 after I informed them that dont cancel it im using the wifi now they want to come cancel on me this is disgusting treatment
