disgusting technical help

We have been having issues with Mweb regarding login details. My son and I joined Mweb and it is in his name even though I am paying. We had to change modems and since then we have not been able to login, We received a OTP but it has not been verified, Calling technical help results in long waits which costs money. Which telephone service does Mweb have shares in to warrant waits of over 30 minutes for which the client who has no access to mweb even though it has been paid and then to pay for numerous calls. Call Fritz Bruwer on ********** 574 regarding this problem and sort it out so that at least services that have been paid for can be utilized.
