Disgusting sickening Mweb

Writing this review with a awesome duress and abuse as well as with disgust and alot of anger because Mweb are bullies , they refuse to listen to customers they refuse to understand simple instructions from customer and refuse to contact or communicate with customers. I took over a office line on the 6th of September for a uncapped deal for the amount of 789 on offer uncapped 20mb per month lol funny thing is when they go ahead and look to see if I had made use of their service as I have advised each time I spoke to a consultant that I do not even have a internet connection that is not working this was reported to fb and they asked me to call them lol shame I'm sorry I said what I needed to you go the extra mile but no it amazes me the from the 6th September 2021 I was call on the 23 to advise me that I'm owing you 1500 I requested to keep account on hold or cancel until I can cover amount outstanding lol amazing you call me the 5th October to tell me I owe you 2900 lol wow what a jump in one month from 1500 now you send me threats for payments lol cancel your damn **** nobody wants to be ****med your service your staff and you are greedy disgusting customer service is not even in your vocabulary so after voicing ten times how I feel you choose to threaten me, I'm heading to Twitter Facebook and Instagram I'm not done bashing your **** you are the most disrespectful bunch.
