Disgusting services

I am very unhappy with your service, infact I am disgusted on how you treat your customers, I took up a deal with you and when the contract ended . you did not stop billing me, you carried on billing without my knowledge, worst of all you had my debit order details and you did not collect any debit orders after the contract ended, had you have debited me I would be picked up that you charging me out ot the contract agreement. the amount accumilated to R1550 and now im trying to take up deal with you and have to pay this amount that you billed me out of the contract minding i stopped using the dougle as i knew my contract had ended. I paid the R1550 because I did not want to argu with you but now you are really taking me for a ride, "Please be advised that your application has been declined due to credit vetting and therefore do not qualify for the promotional deal." i need to pay an additional R1000. No ways, I want my R1555 i paid and i am taking my business else. you have abused my consumer's right billing out of a contract agreement
