Disgusting service/ lack there of

To provide some context, we had initially engaged with Mweb to install and activate wifi services at our residence. However, despite several attempts and assurances from Mweb the wifi services were never installed or activated at our premises. We had made it clear to Mweb that we would not be paying for any services that were not rendered or utilized by us to which they agreed that if we hadn’t received any service there would be no need to pay.

Given this background, it is perplexing to receive an account from Mweb via Lexmed for services that were never provided to us. Threatening summons and other legal action due to unpaid funds.

I am shocked to say the least and I will never use this company again.
