Disgusting service from MWEV
I have emailed, used their whatapp chat, phoned, DM and still no response after a month about a complaint on their change of web based access to emails but still no response. To add to that I get over 20 spam emails which they are aware is affecting a lot of customers and they seem to do nothing about that. Get told to write a complaint to customer complaints but they still have no customer care at complaints. Disgusting service from mweb. You can get hold of no one to assist.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to try multiple channels for support and not receive the help you needed, especially when dealing with both platform changes and an influx of spam emails. We recognise how stressful this can be when your access and workflow are affected.
After reviewing the notes on your account, it appears that the new email platform does not support moving folders to the top like the old system. Even renaming a folder with the letter "A" will only place it according to alphabetical order, so it may not appear at the very top if other folders already begin with "A." As a workaround, you could create a folder named "A" to appear at the top and then move the folders you want to prioritise into it. This will allow them to appear under the "A" folder at the top of your list.
To help with the spam emails, our spam monitoring system has been updated and now learns from messages that customers move to their Junk folder. If you receive these spam emails, please move them to Junk rather than deleting them, as this helps the system improve detection and reduces similar messages in the future.
Additionally, if you entered your details on any suspicious websites linked in these emails, we strongly recommend changing your email password immediately to keep your account secure. You can do this by following these steps:
Log into https://my.mweb.co.za/
Select My Email Accounts
Click on the settings button next to the email address in question
Select Access Details
Change your password where it says Password
Click Save
