Disgusting Service from Mweb...Think Twice Before Joining!!

Hands Down!!!....Mweb has got to be the worst Company to deal with. Their customer service is APPAULING!!!....Average wait time when calling their call center 20 to 35 min's only to be told the matter has been escalated...I am waiting 5 weeks just to move my fibre line from my old to new premises...No communication...No follow up....!!!

I just cant understand how a company that has been around for so long delivers such bad service....Look around before you consider joining them
