Disgusting Service from MWEB / VUMATEL

They have the worst customer service in the world! i have spend over R1000.00 in airtime to call them everyday to get connected. They took my (Money)payment and cannot give me a reasonable answer for why they cannot get my line connected, going on 2 weeks now. They have now blocked my Whats App messages to them, I have proof of it. Between Mweb and Vumatel I don't know who is worse. You are very fast to take payment and not deliver. Both companies have not honored a single promise they made and i have everything in writing. In my 40years i have never met any other company with such disgusting service!!!

i would recommend Mweb take some classes from Afrihost on customer service.
