Disgusting service from mweb

I've received the worst ever service. I ordered LTE got delivery of the package on the 10th December and I've since been battling to get the product activated being on the phone with them an hour at baba a time for numerous times. It's the 28th today pathetic. I'm canceling. Very disappointed.
