Disgusting service from MWeb,. Actually no service

Had fiber installed on Friday 10 july 2020. Was told activation would take 24-48 hours. Didn't happen. phone d 4 times - held of for about 15 minutes each time. Then got cut off. Eventually left a message and called back. was promised activation by night of Tues 14 July 2020 or latest the morning of Wed 15 July. Still not activated. Phoned 2 X this morning. Got cut off both times. Should have used Telkom. Waste of time. Hope to cancel but can't get through and can't waste more time holding on. have to work
