Disgusting service from MWEB

I have had nothing but a dismal experience with MWEB ISP. They were very quick to sign me up and lock me into a contract. But since the installation of my fibre line has been completed there has been no serious assistance in getting my line running. This has done nothing but leave a bitter taste in my mouth. MWEB, you as a large company should be doing better, you call center agents cannot solve any issues and nobody is willing to take responsibility for the issues and get them sorted.
