Disgusting service

On the 12 of Nov I made a payment of R399 after I received a easy pay ref no from the consultant that works for vuma,spoke to several consultants at mweb seeking for service and the last consultant I spoke to was Nomusa and she was very rude,I request an email address so that I can email proof of payment and she made me to hold for 5 mins until the line got cut,today I received an sms saying my order has been cancelled yet I've made payment,service from mweb consultants is disgusting.
