Disgusting service...

Dear Mweb, My account is suspended, I lost my job in December, This morning I paid the full outstanding amount from Nedbank to Nedbank, I called anf spoke to Zalmas who advise me to send the payment confirmation which I did to reconnect my service, this was after 10:00, it is 16:36 now I called 3 times and no answer, I want my service to be connected asap as I paid in full, your service is a disgrace this is the reason my Whole street cancelled mweb, get back to me asap, cause you await 17:00 to leave without assisting clients and one must sit with your incompetence for the week, my details acc ***9 FRM Ross
