Disgusting Service

Mweb your service is disgusting. It is impossible to get hold of anyone and you do not provide emails. The calls keep dropping, Your chat service never gets back to you and when i try online to cancel all my products on the 1st of this month it says I do not have the required access. PLEASE NOTE that I am giving you a calender months notice as of today. I expect an email to confirm this. Customer NO ***0
